Sophie and Kip are two Maltese dogs living in Madison, AL. Sophie is a three year old female and finds it within herself to tolerate Kip.  She’s happy to not be by herself during the day but also pretty frequently wishes he would chill out and leave her alone. Even though Kip is more aggressive when they play with each other, Sophie is definitely the leader of the two as Kip won’t go very far if Sophie isn’t around.

Kip is a 6 month old male and is the trouble maker of the two dogs. He seems to always be in mischief and agitates Sophie to no end. If we come home to a mess made by the dogs (which is pretty often), Kip is the one who gets the spanking since there is a very high probability he was either solely responsible or the instigator. Kip will also eat anything he can get his paws on. No food left out is safe as he will go through great feats to snatch your dinner.

The thing these dogs have most in common is their great love for sleep.  They sleep the majority of the day and night and their favorite place to sleep is on our couch. These are without a doubt the world’s two laziest dogs.
